Every Yellow Bull team member goes through bi-annual refresher courses on customer service, and training updates — where they learn the latest rescue techniques and on-site repair technologies.
To help junior mechanics and rescue rangers, we have mentorship programmes in place. The aim is to help them meet the Yellow Bull standards for customer service earlier and deliver it more consistently.
